3rd party company for trade-in??

During a visit to the Xfinity store in Lebanon PA I was given a third-party company to contact for my trade-in. I was told that our trade-in was not worth anything even though I had already gotten an estimate on the Xfinity website. I contacted customer support to see if I could call the store directly since it is no longer in my local area. Turns out there is no phone number for this location. I was advised to continue to Google search for the phone number myself or go visit the store in person.

Sketchy.

@user_ix6c0o Thanks for adding a post. We appreciate it and know in person help is valuable. All phone support is taken by our call centers, so store techs can focus on the in person contact. I found a store locator for you here https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers. If you have none nearby, let me know and we can help get you in touch with the Xfinity Mobile team.

@XfinityBenny I appreciate your response however I tried going your route with no success. As I mentioned, I am no longer in the area of the store I visited in person so that is not an option, and the online options did not connect me to the store, where I wanted to speak to a manager.

@user_ix6c0o Ah to speak with the manager you would need to visit the store directly. Any attempts to speak on the phone will route you to the call centers. Visit the store directly to speak with the manager, or call the Xfinity Mobile team at (888) 936-4968.
