2 problems

1)The info on the website is wrong. I cannot remove the info for the phone my wife hasn't used for over a year.

When I click “Manage Device” a webpage appears for about 2 seconds before the “something went wrong” message appears, The “Try Again” is useless.

2) When I try to add the IMEI for the phone my wife is using I get a “not compatible” message.

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
