Hello again, user_pfr96! Our team is here to help! When you check the status of your claim through the Xfinity Mobile Care app or on Assurant's claims website, what information are you seeing? Assurant also sends automatic updates throughout the claims process to the email address associated with your claim. Have you received any communications regarding your replacement device?

If you're having trouble tracking your claim, you can contact Assurant directly at 1-855-884-9771 for assistance.

To help ensure claims are processed as quickly and smoothly as possible, here are a few helpful reminders that may benefit other readers:

You must be the Xfinity Mobile account holder, Primary User, or Manager to file a claim.
Claims must be submitted within the timeframe outlined in your Xfinity Mobile Care coverage documents.
Have the following information available when filing your claim:
Device make, manufacturer, and model
Device serial number
The last four digits of the credit card associated with the account
Be prepared to provide details about the incident, including the cause, location, and date the loss or damage occurred.
Once approved, you'll need to pay any applicable deductible or service fee using a credit card, debit card, or eCheck where accepted.
In some cases, additional documentation may be required, such as a police report, proof of loss, or a government-issued ID, to complete the claims process.

Please let us know what updates you've received so far, and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.
