2 free Apple watches

In September 2025 we switched from Verizon to xfinity mobile service. We were told that we would get two Apple Watches for free for switching. One of the watches fell off network and we connected with support to rectify. Because of this we lost the promotion. We didn’t realize we were being charged until recently. We never authorized the disconnect. I want to discuss a refund for the erroneous charges.
