17 Pro Max 2T still not in Stock?

Hey so I had my phone 17PM2TB since it came out last year. I accidentally broke it and filled a claim in January. They said they don’t have the device currently in stock and to wait until they do. It’s been over 30 days now. They are only giving me an option to buy another device and they’ll reimburse me but I don’t have another 2000 for a device. Is this normal? Am I the only one having this issue?
