@user_0dppky Did you ever have Xfinity Mobile in the past by chance?

Hello @user_0dppky I sincerely apologize for this incredibly frustrating situation. Being told you are ineligible after transferring, I'm sure I'd be feeling the same way.

An individual may be ineligible for a Device Payment Plan (DPP) with Xfinity Mobile due to payment history, credit standing, or if they have a security freeze on their credit report. Xfinity uses a "soft credit check" to determine eligibility for DPPs and assign a total dollar limit for device purchases.

No, the reason they told me I am ineligible is because I was supposed to order the phone right immediately after the transfer but the representative that helped me with the transfer told me to give the account 24 hours to activate then call and make the order for the new phone. 24 hours later i called and the person I talked too said the promotion was only for new transferring numbers and it looked like my number was already in the system. Yes , I am confused too and that’s why I need an official to come and explain to me who’s fault it is or better still just mail me a phone, that’s all I need. And should i also say that it’s very sad because I just wanted to treat myself to a new phone for my soon upcoming birthday .

We'd love the opportunity to take a further look @user_0dppky! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
