Zen thermostat has a mind of its own
We have a Zen thermostat connected to our Xfinity Home system and the thermostat seems to have a mind of its own. It doesn't follow the schedule we set up in the Xfinity Home app. It will also go off of hold on its own. For example, at night, we turn the heat down to 60 and put it on hold; however, the thermostat will randomly go up to 66 during the night and stay there. I'm starting to wonder if I need to get a different thermostat.

@user_ff335e, hello again and welcome back to the Xfinity Home board. For Zen programming issues, I would first recommend removing the batteries for a full 30 seconds to give it a clean restart. If that doesn't work, the next step would be to factory reset the device. You can do this by removing the back corner and press the "Config" button 20 times. The display will beep 5 times to confirm the reset.
