You're the worst.

Cancelled my service about 11 days into a new cycle. Basically get sent the full bill a tiny $13 discount. 

This is after a month of trying to get new promo pricing in place. One agent stoppex responding, one told me I only qualified if I locked into.a 3 year plan for a tablet I don't need. 

Very frustrating. Terrible service. Seriously, like they should win am award for being the best at crummy service. Greedy jerks.
