XH Zen Thermostats
I currently have Xfinity Home however I am moving. When I turn off my Xfinity services, do I need to reinstall the original thermostats or will the Zen thermostats continue to work. I understand that the XH app will no longer work as the touch screen will be disconnected. Curious if the thermostats will continue to work if I use the actual thermostat to control my HVAC.

Good Morning, @user_lx9xys! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! That is a great question, you can still manually adjust the temperature, switch between heating and cooling, and turn the fan on or off directly on the physical thermostat, any heating and cooling schedules that were already programmed into the thermostat while the service was active should continue to run as scheduled, The thermostat will maintain its basic function of controlling your HVAC system, just like a traditional, non-smart thermostat. You will however lose access to the following, You will no longer be able to control your thermostat or make any changes using the Xfinity Home mobile app, you will not be able to change or create new temperature schedules remotely, and Advanced features like geofencing, remote notifications, and real-time energy reporting will no longer function. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, we are happy to help.
