Xfinity Touchscreen
I have a neighbor that is moving. He owns his touchscreen and only had it for a few month. He wanted to give it to me. Can I use it if I have a tech come out and configure it to my system? I am paying a lease fee for the one I have now and I’d like to own my own . The touchscreen I have now is an XH1. The newer one is a XH2. Can I have the screen transferred to my account? Thank you.

Hey, @user_0rlbsp! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! That's a great question! I don't see why we couldn't have a tech come out and get those swapped out for you. Since it has been a few days do you needs us to get that scheduled or have you already called in or chatted with someone to set that up?
