Xfinity Touchscreen not connected to the Internet
I have the home touchscreen and it is not connected to the internet. I've restarted the touchscreen several times and even went in and added the network manually. My network shows that the MAC Address for the touchscreen is listed as connected, but the touchscreen says differently... Connectivity test fails every time. Looked everywhere for a solution, but it appears that I need to speak with someone directly... Please advise! Thank you!
