Xfinity Security Phone Notification

When I first got Xfinity Security my phone would ring every time my alarm went off( this happened often because it automatically sets at midnight and we would forget when coming home late.) Now it only sends a text and push notifications. How can I get it to ring again. I live in a town house and have slept through alarms cause I can't hear them or the notifications.

Hello @ArtsyParty, thank you for reaching out to our team through Forums. We certainly understand the importance of having sound while getting a notification. Are you using an Android or iPhone? Sounds to alert on Motion Notifications are supported on the Android version of the app.

@XfinityGabby Yes I am using android. When I got to Automations and set a rule it only allows for push notifications text or email. No sound alerts.

Thank you for verifying that. When did you notice that change?

I no longer work for Comcast.

I honestly can't tell you. I know it's been more than 6 months at least. I've checked the home app and it's up to date. I actually have some automations that don't work anymore due to it being not supported by the update.

What are the automations that are no longer working that you previously set up?

I no longer work for Comcast.

It says security system armed send email. When you click on it it says that it was created with an older version of automation and is no longer supported. Under my rules all the notifications that are active don't have call as an option. Is there a way to set up a rule where is the alarm goes off instead of a text I get a call alarm.
