Xfinity Security Home System

We tried to replace the batteries in our bedroom window and it did not work.  Now, several of our windows have to be set to bypass to even use the security system.  How can we get a technician out to look at it?  The system is over 5 years old.

Good Morning, @user_46lbi4! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the door/window sensor concerns, and I do understand how important it is to have the home secured. I would be more than happy to troubleshoot with you directly to determine the best option to getting the sensors resolved. Can you please send us a DM to get started?
