xfinity ring doorbell

hasn't been working for 4 days. Common problem with this. Tried numerous times to reset it along with unplugging and everything else the stupid app and chat ask you to do and it still doesn’t work and of course, trying to get somebody to come out here and fix it from Xfinity is useless
