Xfinity Home Touchscreen Power Adapter

I received an email from xfinity telling me I need to replace my xfinity home touchscreen power adapter and asking me to click on "order now" in the email.  It also says I will need to provide my service address and  account information.  Is this a legitimate email from xfinity?

After replacing the power adapter on the touchscreen and powering everything back up. The touchscreen gives me a message that something is wrong, when I check the message it says the “cellular” connection is lost. I have ensured the power adapter is fully seated and plug into a good wall socket. I have run a connection test and it shows wifi good but cellular does not pass.

When this happens, if you are going through the trouble shooting steps in the My Account app, you will be guided to restart your gateway and if necessary, the touchscreen. If the system is armed, you will be instructed to disarm before troubleshooting.
