Xfinity Home Equipment never arrived
Hi all,
I moved to a new address in March 2025 and bundled Xfinity home security cameras with my services. The cameras never arrived and have been charged for them since March. I have since cancelled my internet service and I received a bill for the remaining amount of the cameras I never got. I have attempted calling customer service multiple times and even stopped off in person to return my xFi router, and asked about the cameras. I was advised by multiple reps I have nothing to worry about, and here I am with the charges. I don't even care about getting my monthly charges refunded but I don't want to pay moving forward for equipment I never got.
Also I have a mobile line that I can't seem to cancel because it was never activated. Any insight would be helpful.
