Xfinity Home App login Issue
I have been experiencing Home App login issues for about 2 weeks. After the login redirected me to the webpage to complete the login process, it always shows:
Error 500 - Internal Error
This might happen because:
- We are experiencing abnormal traffic to our network or
- The service or servers on it are not currently available
Please try again later once we have solved the problem.
I have contacted customer services and tried to delete and relaunch the app and restart the phone. It still not working. I am not able to alarm my house now. Can anyone tell me what’s going on? Thanks.
