Xfinity Home App login Issue

I have been experiencing Home App login issues for about 2 weeks. After the login redirected me to the webpage to complete the login process, it always shows:

Xfinity

Error 500 - Internal Error

This might happen because:

  • We are experiencing abnormal traffic to our network or
  • The service or servers on it are not currently available

Please try again later once we have solved the problem.


I have contacted customer services and tried to delete and relaunch the app and restart the phone. It still not working. I am not able to alarm my house now. Can anyone tell me what’s going on? Thanks.

I see you have done some basic troubleshooting, which is great. Have you also tried to log in using any other device (pc, tablet, etc.)?
