Hi, Can the xfinity doorbell camera be installed without the chimebox? I do not care for a doorbell ring, just like the functionality of the camera attached to it.

Hello and welcome to Comcast @user_mtduug. Thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding your concerns of our Xfinity Door bell. Know when the Doorbell camera gets connected it does need to be connected to the chime box.
