Xfinity doorbell rings constantly or not at all

Ok so I installed 2 Xfinity doorbell cameras per the instructions. With the white transmitters in the chimebox they don’t chime. Without they do. So we lived without them for a month or so. Now it rings constantly. It went off from 3am on last night. So I re installed the transmitters but now it doesn’t chime. Help

Hello user_mcj7bv is this happening on both cameras? Setup on these is fairly simple with Bluetooth enabled tech, and you may need to adjust your modem settings if you use Bridge Mode. 

 

Activate an Xfinity Camera from the Xfinity or Xfinity Home app

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
