Xfinity camera lagging after viewing after 3 minutes

I feel like I've tried everything on my end and all of our phones are within 1 years technology

Hello @user_05e8aa Thank you for reaching out through our forum. I'm sorry to hear that you are having lagging issues with your camera. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing. Can you please tell me what troubleshooting steps have you already completed? I don't want to make you repeat something you have already done.
