Xfi router doesn't discover my Swann home security system

Although the Xfi doesn't discover my Swann cameras, but I was able to open port just for that matter by adding port forwarding based on the camera's IP. I can open the webcam from my phone very fast through the WIFI, but very, very slow when away even in the full 5G signal zone. I do not have any issue with ATT (just say goodbye to them). Wondering what else I have to do with Xfi? Thanks.

Why Xfi doesn't register the Swann device? The issue still. Webcam open very, very slow when away. With almost 1Gb speed at home and full 5G range when away?
