xcam2 video resolution

I have 4 xcam2 cameras installed. I believe the video resolution is supposed to be 1080 however my video feeds appear to be 720. My neighbors use ring and vivant and their video resolutions are significantly better than mine. My internet connection is 400mbps. Ive turned off 3 cameras along with no other devices connected in order to view video from only 1 camera and video resolution did not improve. Are xcam2 cameras inferior to the ones other companies provide?

Hey there, @user_9386e4. Thank you for taking the time to reach out. I'd be happy to help address all your Xfinity Home questions here. The xCam2 is supposed to produce video at 1080p. The Duress Code feature is no longer offered for new Xfinity Home customers. Existing customers with a Duress Code may still have the feature active until it is decommissioned later this year all together.
