Xcam not pairing

I just got 2 used xcams I can get the power pack to reset and blink blue but not the cam itself to blink blue or even get a blue light. So my power pack has a blue light and my cam a white or yellowish light and my touchscreen cannot find the cam when trying to pair them . Can someone help. I did press the reset button on the cam before I found out you shouldn't do that. So how do you bring a cam back online ?
