user_ps4hjw We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Community Forums. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction.

Steps for Finding and Connecting to Wi-Fi:

Windows 10/11:
Quick Access: Click the network/sound/battery icon in the bottom right corner.
Settings Menu: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi to ensure it's switched on.
Connect: Select your network name, click Connect, and enter the password.

Mac:
Click the Wi-Fi icon in the top right corner.
Ensure Wi-Fi is on.
Select a network from the list and enter the password if prompted.

Troubleshooting:
Physical Switch/Key: Some laptops have a physical switch or a keyboard function key (e.g., F12) to toggle Wi-Fi on/off.
Airplane Mode: Ensure Airplane mode is disabled.
Restart: Restart your laptop if networks do not appear.
