Wifi cancellation

Hi, I need to cancel my Xfinity Internet service. I would like to complete the cancellation through direct message and do not want a phone call. Please help me cancel my service. I've tried to cancel it in the app and it keeps asking for a call back and it won't allow me to turn off my auto pay. I do not have the money for my bill. It will put me negative. I need to cancel it.
