Why wont xfinity credit my 2 cameras I returned? Who do I contact if csr won't help or transfer me to a manager?

I have been trying to get my account situated for over 2 months. I've called and spoke with xfinity over 30 times and I'm extremely disappointed with xfinitys customer service agents and the lack of respect and urgency they show their loyal paying customers. I have been a loyal customer for years and waiting patiently for the end results I've been assured was going to happen. Which is the credit will be applied to my bill but 2 months later I'm still being charged for the cameras I've returned. How do I get this taken care of asap.

I can't even get my cameras sent to me but have been billed, twice...for the balance of the installment and the installment itself. can't get any to help, foreign customer service only demand payment. I am not paying for something they won't ship me. It would be one thing if they sent them but someone had taken them before I accepted the package, but they never shipped them. Was even told they see order was never fulfilled. Not they interrupted service because I refuse to pay the extra $300 for equipment, paid the rest of the bill, just won't pay for cameras I don't have. I contacted Fairshake to resolve the dispute,  Comcast attorneys signed for the delivery of documents for arbitration but refused to respond. I will resolve it in court I suppose.
