Why wont xfinity credit my 2 cameras I returned? Who do I contact if csr won't help or transfer me to a manager?
I have been trying to get my account situated for over 2 months. I've called and spoke with xfinity over 30 times and I'm extremely disappointed with xfinitys customer service agents and the lack of respect and urgency they show their loyal paying customers. I have been a loyal customer for years and waiting patiently for the end results I've been assured was going to happen. Which is the credit will be applied to my bill but 2 months later I'm still being charged for the cameras I've returned. How do I get this taken care of asap.
