Your takeover battery should be located within the Panel Replacement Module (PRM) that was installed inside the brain or control center of the previous security system that was installed in your home. This may or may not be user-serviceable, depending on your original system, but we can definitely get someone out to help with that, if necessary. Please let me know if you would like to schedule a technician.
