Viewing cameras on ipad

Everything works on the Xfinity home app on my iPad except the cameras. When I try to click on a camera to view the app shuts down. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck with cameras. Please advise.

Do you have another device (that is not IPadOS or any other iOS system) with the Xfinity Home app, that you can test to see if you get the same result when viewing the cameras? Also, is your iPadOS 15.7.1 or 16.1.1?

I no longer work for Comcast.
