I had a probelm and I received a new remote and a cable box.  On April12 I had a service technitian and they put in the new cable box.  Ever since then my TV screen has been freezing on prerecorded TV shows.  It is not the TV because we don't a problem on our LG remote stations such as Prime, Netflex, Tubi Hulu etc.  Do I need another appointment to have a technician come out?  I've checked the cable wires, started restart and refresh options and it has not helped
