Touchscreen not connected to wifi

I’m helping my mom with her touchscreen and it is not connected to her WiFi. I do not see a setting to connect

Reboot the touchscreen and see if that helps. I think the touchscreen has a hidden network that you may not see. Call for Home technical support. They can talk you thru problems or schedule a tech visit.

Dougaw1, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. Here are the instructions you need to connect the Touch Screen to the Wifi: 
  1. Tap the **gear** icon, then select **Devices**.
  2. Enter your Master Keypad Code.
  3. Tap **Advanced Settings**.
  4. Select **Connectivity**.
  5. Tap **Connect to New Gateway Now**.
  6. Confirm by tapping **Yes**.
