Touchscreen Connectivity
I have had problems with my security touchscreen losing connectivity off and on for years. This past year it has gotten worse. Everyday it loses connectivity. Beeps at me for hours even though I have spent countless hours with customer service agents rebooting, unplugging, re programing, etc... to no avail. The screen has been replaced, wires have been checked, it has been moved closer to the Gateway, but still it loses connectivity daily. This is my last attempt to get help before cancelling my home security account.
