Touchscreen compatibility

Hello, I am having an issue with live view from my replacement camera and have been talking to customer support for two days. I think I narrowed down the issue except, no one can do anything about it yet. My replacement camera is the new xCam2 and my touchscreen is TCA203. I belive it is too old to support all of the features for the new camera. For example other than live view it doesn't display the camera for homescreen view either. I'd like to get that functionality back, can anyone help?

Hi Jayman154!

You are correct - funtionality is limited on that model of Touchscreen with the newest version of our camera, the xCam2.

To correct the this, we'll either need to have a technician out to upgrade your Touchscreen, or you would need to use another camera model, such as the original xCam.

Currently, due to COVID19, we are not going into customer homes to perform these type of upgrades; we're of course all hoping this changes soon, once social distancing requirements are relaxed.
