Touch screen battery replacement

I'm getting an alert to replace the Touch screen battery. Can you send me one or do I need to source that myself?

If you're getting a "Your Touchscreen battery needs to be replaced" error message, we'll need to schedule a technician visit to replace the battery.  Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? To send a Direct Message:
