Touch Screen Battery Replacement?
The battery for my home security touch screen is swollen and needs replacement, it is a Great Power lithium polymer GSP055771 (4.0v-4400mAh).
Is this something I have to source myself or will Xfinity send me a replacement?
I tried the online chat bot, as well as the battery replacement web page...I didn't even see the touch screen listed on the site.

A trouble call with a tech should be set up to replace that battery, no charge as it’s equipment related
