Terrible Service for new customer

I figured I give Xfinity a shot. I am beyond frustrated and upset that only 1 of 3 TV s work with the X1 box. We have internet but no TV. Then the sales lady this morning made a $214/mo plan that I didnt ask for. I asked for somewhere about $175. Then comes the account set up. One of the "geniuses" last night put my phone number to another email address now complicating the whole new account setup. Trying to get a hold of a human being is pointless. At this point I am ready to cancel this service and tell Xfinity to pound sand. This is horrific treatment of a new customers and this is pretty telling to me that this is going to be the normal from now on. The chat assistant is pointless.
