System problems

I had a tech come out last week I've been trying to get ahold of a rep but keep getting hung up on. The tech installed motion decror in a wrong spot along with a couple sensors I need someone to come out and fix these issues as it keeps setting my alarm off I need a different tech than last time because he was rude and did not listen to what we wanted
