Hello @user_up4daz, and thank you for taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Community Forum, I hope the day is treating you well. When you mentioned "no signal" are you seeing this on your TV? If so this usually means your TV is not set to the correct source. Are you familiar with the source your cable box is usually set to? Even if not you can usually use the TV input button on your remote, once you press the input button you should see a list that has TV, HDMI etc. You'll need to use the same TV button to moved through the list, check them one by one to see if you can get back to your Xfinity cable.
