Service outage on the 4th of July

Service has been out and there are no updates. You cannot call anyone ~ email anyone ~ or get any information.  It’s been out since 9am this morning.  Your company and parent company are horrible and this is the last straw. I will be looking for another Internet/cable provider. You’re only interested in raising prices and collecting your money. Now that there are other options I will be going elsewhere and I hope more follow in my area of New Jersey.
