Self monitoring camera stopped working
I signed up for self monitoring and wanted to pay half on an outdoor camera, but there were none available at the store I went to but they had the white indoor camera which they sold me instead.
Fast forward three months later, and it stopped working, despite having it in a protective case for outdoor use. I'm out the $60 and no way of using the self monitoring. I'm not only upset that my camera quit, but that it was an indoor camera to begin with, with no way of knowing if or when I could get an outdoor camera. I! wanted the self monitoring for outdoor coverage because there has been a rash of thefts in my development, not to mention trespassing going on. Some help with this? I am paying for something that I now cannot use. Not to mention that I cannot put my doorbell on to the home because you don't accept eufy doorbell cameras, so now I feel like this is a complete waste.
