Security sensor complaints

Ironic.... just lost my entire post due to issues with my xfinity internet🤣. I have been having ongoing issues with my sensors, and it is not consistent on which one has issues. It could be a window I haven't used in a year and when I try to arm the system, it says that the window is open. Or It could be a window or door that is used consistently.  I have also had issues with false alarms. And the most recent one happened when I was on the other side of the US and the sheriff came again.  I can't afford to have the sheriff come out constantly for false alarms, so I elected to halt my monitoring. I previously had ADT for over a decade and never had issues, I don't know if xfinity uses crummy sensors, or what??!!  just wondering if anybody else has had these issues. I wanted to give xfinity security a try and I'm regretting it now because I can't even return this equipment. Ultimately, I was so fed up with both the security system flaws as well as my cable costs, that I dropped both of them and just have  internet.
