Security Camera Offline

I replaced my Xfinity Router last week, and my security cameras have been offline ever since then.  I have tried unplugging them, pushing the little gray button on the camera itself, unplugging them again, but nothing works.  Suggestions, please.

I'm sorry to hear your cameras are not online. I have six myself and I understand how important it's for them to be online and working. @user_3yk1iz Have you had the opportunity to reset your modem? If not I recommend unplugging both your modem and router for two minutes and then plug the modem in first. Give that a try and see if the cameras reconnect.

Are any other devices having an issue connecting?

@XfinityKei I have unplugged the router and the cameras multiple times.  I spoke to an Xfinity representative two days ago who tried to help over the phone.  He finally set up an appointment for a technician to come to my house to fix the problem.  However, thirty minutes later, another Xfinity representative called back to inform me that my only resolution is to purchase new cameras.  At that point, the appointment with the technician was cancelled, and I have decided to use something other than Xfinity for my home security cameras.
