Security camera offline
I got Xfinity Home in September last year. One of the three cameras has been offline for close to three months now. The camera is bad, the other two have a blue light to indicate they are powered. The third one is dead. Yes I have done the troubleshooting steps several times, including once with one of your reps on the phone, and when he was finally convinced that they had to send a technician, the call dropped and he didn’t call back.
HELP!!! I need the camera replaced, don’t want somebody to “guide” me on how to reset it!
