Hello @user_d65a28 Thanks for reaching out to us for help with accessing your videos on our forums. I am happy to help out! If you are using Xfinity home security Live video monitoring is only available to view in the activity tab for 30 days.
If you have Xfinity home with 24/7 video recording the videos are available to view for 7 days.
Unfortunately I do not see a way to access recordings beyond these times.
