How do I exchange the new camera I just received. One of the two doesn’t work. It may be the unit that plugs into electrical outlet since it won’t light up.

We do offer a full exchange or refunds within 30 days of purchase. The easiest way to exchange the camera is to stop by one of our Xfinity Stores. Another option is to take the camera to UPS to have it shipped back to us (free of charge). Once we get the camera back, we can credit your account and you can purchase a new one.
