Retrieve camera footage that's no longer on feed

Please help me retrieve videos off last thursday morning no longer shows on feed [Edited: "All Caps"]

user_61c12h If you have Xfinity Home with 24/7 video recording, these recordings should be able to view for 7-days. Do you have recordings from Wednesday showing but not Thursday? Do you know if someone may have deleted your Thursday recordings?
