Request for Official Letter of Continuous Home Security Monitoring Since 2013
Hello Xfinity Support Team,
I have been an Xfinity Home Pro Protection subscriber since 2013. My homeowner's insurance company requires official documentation proving that my professional monitoring service has been continuous and uninterrupted from 2013 through today.
The standard automated "Certificate of Alarm System" downloadable from my portal does not list my historical activation timeline. Because of this, my insurer will not accept it alone.
Could a corporate tier-2 agent please review my account history and provide a signed "Letter of Verification" on Comcast/Xfinity letterhead? The letter simply needs to state my account details and explicitly confirm that professional home security monitoring has been active continuously since my 2013 activation date.
