user_4g8mef Thanks for creating a post. For clarity, is it the power adapter (power cord and plug) that plugs into the touchscreen that needs to be replaced, or do you have a wireless power unit that is not plugged in? For most Xfinity Home devices that have batteries, the batteries can be replaced as needed by the customer, but we can also schedule a technician to assist as well.

I am also getting the warning that my touchscreen battery needs to be replaced.  This has happened previously as well.  We had scheduled someone to come out and replace it but then they called and cancelled because they said it was not necessary to come out.  Now we're getting the same message again.  How do we get it replaced?

Thank you for reaching out to our team here. If the touchscreen battery needs to be replaced that is normally only done by a technician on a service call. Can you make sure the power adapter is firmly plugged into the touchscreen as well?
