Replace touchscreen battery

For clarity, is it the power adapter (power cord and plug) that plugs into the touchscreen that needs to be replaced, or do you have a wireless power unit that is not plugged in? For most Xfinity Home devices that have batteries, the batteries can be replaced as needed by the customer, but we can also schedule a technician to assist as well.
