I just had the other day Xfinity home security installed they did not do it right the first time I had no access to two of the three cameras and I'll be in charge for it they said somebody out yesterday and the guy was the rudest SOB I've ever met not even knowing the situation he started talking over me trying to tell me and how rude he was you know this is just getting disgusting I want somebody sent out here that knows what they're doing my equipment was supposed to be switched out and I'm arguing with this guy and all he wanted to do was get out so he could continue on to his next client I don't know go sit somewhere but I'm paying off a lot of money for this system and I want some answers from some technical technicians that know what they're doing

Thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support, @user_9ff49e! I am really sorry to hear about your recent technician visit. That is not the experience we would like you to have. We'd like to schedule a new visit and get to the bottom of this. Could you please send our team a private message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
