port out pin

Been a customer for decades with hardly any problems or issues until I tried get a PORT OUT PIN from my home phone to a cell phone. . . why so hard to get, why not just have an icon to click on verify account for convenience? Please let me know how/if I can get a transfer pin. Thank you.
