Outsourced jobs,pushy and rude customer service.

My bill started out at $90 a month. Within 10 yrs it went to $240! For basic cable and internet. When I called they were pushing me to get a phone and saying they had a great deal for $234! I ended up having to hang up up on him and he called me back 2x.so I switched to verizon. They're not much better but I'm saving money. The operators are in India and when I asked for a supervisor he said, why? He's just going to tell you the same thing I did.
